Erin Johnson is the editor of Thisweek Eagan and covers the city of Eagan and the West St. Paul-Mendota Heights-Eagan School District (ISD 197). After living in several different cities and states, including Wisconsin, New York and Ohio, Erin received her bachelor of arts in journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1995. She moved to Minnesota after graduating from college and fled corporate America to join Thisweek Newspapers in 2000. She and her husband, Robert, a Minnesota state trooper, are avid travelers who aim to visit all seven continents. They most recently hiked a glacier in Iceland and celebrated New Year's Eve in Prague.
